In May 2021, we announced that we had retained our ServiceMark customer service accreditation. To maintain our high levels of service, we're sending out a survey to members and staff today to find out more about their experiences.

ServiceMark is a national standard awarded by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) in recognition of an organisation's achievement in customer service and a commitment to upholding those standards.

We’re almost midway through our three-year accreditation which means we need to survey members and staff again. The survey, which goes out today, will help to make sure that we're maintaining the high standards that we've set ourselves, and are continuing to improve the service we provide to you.

If you've recently contacted us or used our member website you may have received an email inviting you to complete a survey about your experience of dealing with our member services team. By providing your honest feedback, you'll help us understand how well we're serving you and what we can do to improve our service further.

The email will have come from us, but the survey is administered by The Leadership Factor on behalf of the ICS. Please rest assured that they won't be able to access any of your personal information.

The survey is open until Friday 12 August and takes around 10 minutes to complete.
