You may have received an email from ‘PPF postmaster’ notifying you that you have a secure message from the PPF.

We can confirm that it’s a legitimate email from us. It allows you to access your electronic invoice securely using a system called Mimecast.

Mimecast is a cybersecurity provider that we use to make emails we send you more secure and to bolster our cyber resilience.

Why have I received this?

We appreciate that many businesses continue to work remotely, so for your convenience, we’re sending an electronic version of levy invoices to the levy contact email address (or other contact in the absence of a levy contact) listed on TPR’s Exchange database.

We’re sending a paper version by post too.

You can also sign up to our paperless invoicing option to receive electronic invoices instead of a paper version for future years..

Any questions?
