We’ve won the Commitment to Diversity award at this year’s IPE Conference & Awards 2020. The award is a new category in the ceremony’s 20-year history, and we’re enormously proud of to be the first recipient. We were also Highly Commended in the Fixed Income and European Pension Fund of the Year categories.
Today we’ve published our sixth annual Diversity Pay Gap report. We’re sharing the main results of the report, alongside some reflections from our Chief People Officer, Katherine Easter.
A range of industry stakeholders were also interviewed as part of the review, including trade bodies, schemes, experts, and government officials, ensuring a wide range of perspectives and opinions were considered.
