The awards give our employees the opportunity to nominate their colleagues around the business who deserve to be recognised for their efforts.

All nominations are reviewed by the Senior Leadership Team before a shortlist is presented to our Executive Committee (ExCo) who select the winners.
This year we had almost 50 nominations, with seven winners in our virtual award ceremony including:
