As the Brexit transition period nears its end on the 31 December 2020, we're keen to make sure our regular payments to our members living in the EU continue uninterrupted.
In the event of the UK leaving without a deal that covers financial services, some members may find that they are unable to access UK bank accounts from within the EU or that those accounts are closed. We’re encouraging our members to take action early to avoid any disruption to their payments by contacting their banks to ensure they are not affected.
What action should you take?
If you’re uncertain about whether this impacts you, please contact your bank directly to check as each bank will have their own arrangements.
