This consultation form outlines the questions we’re seeking views on and includes free-text fields where you can share any additional comments or perspectives.

A template which can be downloaded, completed offline and uploaded on our website is also available to aid collaborative submissions where input is needed across an organisation or range of stakeholders.

Please note that each free-text field in the online form is limited to 3,000 characters per question. If you wish to provide a longer response, we recommend using the downloadable template, which does not have any character restrictions.
