We’re contacting members affected by changes to PPF compensation and FAS assistance

From 7 July 2026, we’re writing to members who are eligible to receive pre-97 indexation. 

Where possible, members will be contacted by email. Otherwise they’ll receive a letter by post.   

Members do not need to do anything. If you’re affected by the changes, we’ll contact you directly by email or post.  

Please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away as it could take up to two months for all communications to be sent and received.
