We've joined the Tell Us Once service

We’re now part of the Government’s Tell Us Once service. This service allows people to report a death to most government departments in one go.  

We understand that it’s a difficult time when someone you know dies and there’s often a lot of things that need to be done. We’ve recently joined Tell Us Once - an optional, free service that makes it easier to report a death to most government departments and local councils in one go.  

For people that choose, and are eligible, to use the service, we’ll now be included in the range of departments and organisations that receive the Tell Us Once notification.

You’ll no longer need to notify us separately that someone has died – however you can still use our bereavement notification form or contact us by phone if you wish.
