If you're having trouble logging into the score portal, follow these quick steps to get access to your account.
Step one
On the login screen for the portal, click on the 'forgotten password' link.
Step two
On the next screen, enter the email address you use to login to the portal.
Answer the maths question presented to you, then click 'get password'.
Step three
If your email address is registered, you will receive an email.
Please check your spam or junk folder in case the email isn't received.
Step four
When you receive the email, click on the link and set your new password.
Step five
The web page you are taken to will ask you to set a new password.
Please note, the portal requires high strength passwords which include the following:
- A minimum password length of 10 characters;
- Cannot be a password used before; and
- Must also contain at least 3 of the below standards:
At least one number
At least one upper case letter
At least one lower case letter
At least one special character (i.e. @&!)
Step six
Return to the login page and enter your email address and new password.
